Frequently Asked Questions
Could therapy help me with what I am going through right now?
Therapy can be helpful if you are going through challenges, feeling stuck, or looking for clarity and support. It is a process of working through personal concerns using approaches that promote meaningful change. By sharing your experiences with a trained professional, you can gain an objective perspective, see things in new ways, and develop greater self awareness along with healthier ways of coping in a supportive space.
How often do sessions happen, and how long does therapy take?
There is no set number of sessions since each person’s situation is unique. Some concerns may improve quickly, while others take more time and consistent work in therapy. It is important to openly share any questions, concerns, or discomfort you may have about the process so it can be addressed together.
What can I expect during a virtual teletherapy session?
During a virtual therapy session, you can expect a secure, confidential platform designed to protect your privacy. Sessions are conducted from your chosen location, and you are encouraged to select a quiet, private space where you feel at ease speaking openly. Your therapist will provide attentive, thoughtful guidance in a collaborative and professional setting, supporting deeper insight, emotional clarity, and meaningful personal growth.
